  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience
  • Virginia Professional Engineer (PE)
  • Expertise in land development, project development, and site plan preparation (grading, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, public and private roadways, storm drainage, and water & sewer design)
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D
  • Experience with RFP/RFQ process and business development
  • Ability to lead and mentor other team members, including entry-level professionals
