Northstar Boulevard Phase II project is a 4-lane divided roadway completing the final link of Northstar Boulevard south of Route 50. It involved the extension of Northstar Boulevard from Tall Cedars Parkway to Route 50. The project is approximately 4,500 LF of new alignment and included 3,800 LF widening of Route 50 and a new intersection.
The design consisted of developing alignment studies, geometric design, grading, intersection configuration and bridge design. The project utilized reserved right of way and addressed connections to existing streets and site access issues, all while improving traffic flow on the surrounding roadway networks.
J2E provided survey, civil design, sewer design, utility coordination and hydraulic analysis of the bridge crossing.
